Investing in the future of laser cutting

We recently expanded our manufacturing capabilities with the support of Prima Power by investing in their Laser Genius+ 1530, a 2D fiber laser equipped with full automation.

The leadership team traveled throughout Italy and the United Kingdom to define the functional requirements for our bespoke Laser Genius+, which has been specifically designed to meet our unique operational needs.

Every aspect of the machine has been tailored to support our preferred orientation and manufacturing process. This investment also includes full automation capabilities to manage the transfer of materials such as aluminium, mild and stainless.

Processed sheets are transferred from the laser through the compact server for part picking, while skeletons are returned for stacking and removal, creating a leaner and safer operation.
